I have been a loyal customer of ConnectFiber for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4756-WQM-7328) on July 11, 1976, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with ConnectFiber has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the consultation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-F3C4DB61 multiple times.
