Misleading advertising by Wave.Signal
Complaint Details
On March 10, 1980, I signed up for Wave.Signal's installation service at their Kayleeview, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $675.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Neoma C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 28, 2025 05:26I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Wave.Signal not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
