Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Wave.Signal's appliance that I purchased on February 7, 1998 from your Hanehaven, Illinois store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Laurine M., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Thomas Wilson at Wave.Signal offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The microwave was clearly defective from the start.
