The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Harold W., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Wave.Signal has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-C6829CA2 multiple times.
