Misleading advertising by RapidStream Services

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2664-UKL-4852 placed with RapidStream Services on April 23, 1970. I paid $383.95 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ova V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 18, 2025 05:28I've received an email from Jennifer Jackson at RapidStream Services offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The furniture set was clearly defective from the start.
