I have been a loyal customer of WirelessNet for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-8714-QOR-8612) on December 2, 2010, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from WirelessNet called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
