On March 5, 2015, I signed up for WirelessNet's warranty service at their New Garth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $382.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alivia S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from WirelessNet not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
