I have been a loyal customer of Signal-Signal for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-1132-DYX-8180) on November 10, 2001, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Signal-Signal has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-6B5BF4D4 multiple times.
