I am writing regarding order #ORD-4608-BZK-9022 placed with Signal-Signal on January 1, 2010. I paid $245.55 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alva U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
