I want to report a serious concern with Contractors Contractors's item that I purchased on June 28, 1996 from your West Wandaland, New York store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Greta B., but my issue remains unresolved.
