I purchased a package from Pro Design on November 22, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Payton W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Pro Design has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
