I have been a loyal customer of Expert Works Shanghai Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1437-DMJ-1876) on December 27, 1972, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Expert Works Shanghai Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
