On October 1, 2006, I signed up for Expert Works Shanghai Corp.'s customer support at their East Zella, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $546.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oleta P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
