I am writing regarding order #ORD-2397-EFC-8663 placed with Expert Works Shanghai Corp. on November 18, 1990. I paid $454.4 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anahi C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from John Thompson at Expert Works Shanghai Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
