I want to report a serious concern with Ultimate-Development's tool that I purchased on September 21, 2005 from your Hillshaven, Texas store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adriel X., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $301.18 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
