I purchased a membership from Ultimate-Development on August 8, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nicola B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
