I want to report a serious concern with Homes Bros LLC's item that I purchased on April 29, 1977 from your New Markberg, Wyoming store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lauren H., but my issue remains unresolved.
