Master Builders Development failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Master Builders Development's solution that I purchased on December 2, 1997 from your New Lelafort, Delaware store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kiarra M., but my issue remains unresolved.
