I purchased a system from Superior Works Enterprises on February 16, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Columbus I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
