I have been a loyal customer of Architecture Bros Seoul International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-7786-UAR-6536) on May 28, 1988, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
