Frustrated with Master Design & Sons's lack of response

On October 31, 2017, I signed up for Master Design & Sons's exchange program at their Mullerbury, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $176.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abdullah H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 03, 2025 06:01I want to acknowledge that Master Design & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $66.44 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $66.44 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
