On May 3, 1996, I signed up for Master Design & Sons's warranty service at their New Aliamouth, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $952.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hoyt O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
