I purchased a subscription from Ultimate Renovations Inc Corp. on February 8, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alivia B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
