Frustrated with Premier-Homes Ottawa's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Premier-Homes Ottawa for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-9080-HLM-8437) on October 9, 2020, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 18, 2025 05:18I've received an email from Linda White at Premier-Homes Ottawa offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
