I have been a loyal customer of LinkLink for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-5205-OJF-9593) on September 26, 2012, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because LinkLink finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smart thermostat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
