I have been a loyal customer of LinkLink for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5946-VHY-3090) on December 2, 1972, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, LinkLink has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their delivery service.
