I am writing regarding order #ORD-6116-ZLX-8621 placed with Pro Development on April 29, 1978. I paid $36.62 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kathleen Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
