I have been a loyal customer of Phone Providers Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1454-ROK-9084) on August 11, 2014, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Phone Providers Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
