Unresolved issue with Phone Providers Ltd. product

I have been a loyal customer of Phone Providers Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1454-ROK-9084) on August 11, 2014, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 08, 2025 05:24I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Phone Providers Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
