False promises made by Precision Design Development representative

On December 3, 2015, I signed up for Precision Design Development's customer support at their Johnstonchester, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $911.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karl O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
