I am writing regarding order #ORD-3577-WAF-8222 placed with Ultimate Craft on November 20, 1970. I paid $880.89 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ferne H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 25, 2025 05:34After my initial complaint, Ultimate Craft contacted me to troubleshoot the kitchen knife set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
