I am writing regarding order #ORD-5364-RNT-9553 placed with Ultimate Craft on July 26, 1975. I paid $554.23 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jessika Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Ultimate Craft has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the upgrade plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-02DDCE85 multiple times.
