I purchased a unit from Properties Professionals Khon Kaen on October 4, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Felicita E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
