I purchased a application from Rapid Connections Houston Ltd. on April 26, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vallie B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
