I have been a loyal customer of Net-Com for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-4512-YER-6173) on June 2, 1978, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Net-Com called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
