I purchased a solution from Wireless.Pulse on May 11, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arnoldo J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
