I'm writing to complain about the training session I received from Signal.Phone. After paying $587.11 for product, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Annetta Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

It's now been 3 days since my initial complaint, and Signal.Phone still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
