I purchased a account from Builders Company on October 15, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alysa V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
