I am writing regarding order #ORD-1451-ECC-1706 placed with Engineering Team on March 13, 1981. I paid $383.16 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jayda Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Engineering Team not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
