I have been a loyal customer of Architecture Builders for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4077-OLW-4430) on June 10, 2011, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
