I have been a loyal customer of Solid Build & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3830-CJV-5764) on December 14, 2019, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
