I have been a loyal customer of Quality Construction for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1833-SYL-1538) on December 28, 1998, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
