I purchased a solution from Fusion Wireless Inc. on August 18, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Travis M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Casey Clark at Fusion Wireless Inc. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The vacuum cleaner was clearly defective from the start.
