On June 11, 2017, I signed up for Fusion Wireless Inc.'s training session at their Port Chesley, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $839.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Augustus H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Fusion Wireless Inc. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
