I want to report a serious concern with Rapid.Com Juárez's subscription that I purchased on August 10, 1988 from your Wittingtown, Montana store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alessandra N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Rapid.Com Juárez called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
