I purchased a item from Rapid.Com Juárez on December 13, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Terrence X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
