Refund refused by Wireless.Cell Enterprises
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Wireless.Cell Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-1521-TTR-6578) on November 12, 2008, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 14, 2025 05:54I've received an email from Casey Young at Wireless.Cell Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The air purifier was clearly defective from the start.
