I am writing regarding order #ORD-1110-LER-2967 placed with Wireless.Cell Enterprises on June 11, 2007. I paid $812.85 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vallie C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 06:02I want to acknowledge that Wireless.Cell Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $257.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $257.39 for a microwave that never worked properly.
