I am writing regarding order #ORD-1110-LER-2967 placed with Wireless.Cell Enterprises on June 11, 2007. I paid $812.85 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vallie C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Wireless.Cell Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $257.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $257.39 for a microwave that never worked properly.
