I have been a loyal customer of Innovative Renovations & Sons Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-9154-LGA-2706) on March 31, 2023, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 02, 2025 05:27I'm updating my complaint because Innovative Renovations & Sons Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the laptop, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
