On October 20, 1982, I signed up for Innovative Renovations & Sons Corp.'s training session at their Haagfurt, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $507.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emilio M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Innovative Renovations & Sons Corp. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
