I want to report a serious concern with Builders Bros's service that I purchased on April 9, 1991 from your Okunevaview, Connecticut store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Roberto X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 05:55I want to acknowledge that Builders Bros has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $242.23 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $242.23 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
